Applying Psychology to People Management - By Goh Chee Leong
Psychology is the science of understanding people. The goal of psychology is to understand how people think, feel and behave. Consequently, understanding of people can help to create best practices in the management and development of people for optimal organisational performance and productivity. The Speaker will share with you how you can apply psychology to the art of Management.

FACILITATOR
Dr Goh Chee Leong is the Director and Senior Lecturer of the Centre for Psychology from HELP University College, KL. He obtained his doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Otago, in New Zealand, where he was conferred the Otago Postgraduate Award. Prior to that, he completed an honours degree in Psychology, Political Science and Philosophy. For the last 6 years he has been the founding Director of the Centre for Psychology at HELP University College which houses the largest Psychology undergraduate programme in South East Asia.
