Whopee!!! I have got an overseas contract worth millions!!
That would be the reaction of the young and dynamic SME (Small and Medium-size Enterprise) owners, whose new business has now gone into the overseas market. When the freight bill comes in, he falls off his chair as many of the charges were not familiar to him and he finds out that his logistics costs is now 20% of the cost of his products which he has not accounted for. He further finds out that he is making a loss now and decides to terminate the contract of which he is unable to!!
