Transform Stress From Stimulant - By A.J.A. Peter
Variety is the spice of life ~ Stress adds the flavor, challenge, opportunity and advancement when we transform Stress into a Stimulant.

Without stress, life would be monotonous and dull. However, too much stress can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being. Stress or its lesser known name distress is well known to diminish self-esteem, decreases the quality of interpersonal relationships, effectiveness and creates a cycle of self-blame and self-doubt. Various health complications are related to stress.

Stress is unique and personal to each of us. One person may find public speaking a breeze whereas another may experience debilitating fear. The same situation may create two different responses. The key to stress transformation is identifying strategies that will excite you as and an individual.

FACILITATOR
Dr A.J.A Peter, an established and reputed Unfoldment Specialist, has for the past 42 years done extensive exploration into the Unlimited Subjective Potentialities. His first International exposure was in 1973 at the 1st World Congress in Productivity Science for the Progress of Mankind, where he presented a working paper on Motivational Techniques, as a delegate from Malaysia. On his return Dr Peter co-founded the pioneer Institute of Motivation Dynamics (IMD).

Dr Peter is one of the pioneer who brought the Toastmasters International movement to Malaysia in 1977. In October, he left for the U.S. and returned in 1978 after being certified as the Silva "Mind Control" Lecturer as well as its Director of the Austral Asian Region. He presented "Mind Control" Programs at major cities in Asia and Europe especially in Geneva where most of his participants were employees of the UN.

He obtained his bachelor, master and doctorate degrees in Psychorientology (orientation of the Mind) from the Institute of Psychorientology, Laredo, Texas - USA. His in-depth knowledge of the Mind, earned him international recognition. In 1980, at the Silva Mind Control International World Congress in USA, he was awarded with the President's Award as the "Most Outstanding Lecturer in the World".

Dr Peter's in-depth experience and scientific exposures garnered both internationally and locally over the years has undeniably made him adequately resourced to custom design participative "Experiential Unfoldment Sessions", to meet the needs of corporations, industries governments departments and agencies apart from enterprising individuals.
